Customer 2 Customer service – peace of mind sales


by listing your item with us you are agreeing to the following :


  1. All items and images must be truthful and informative- its better to downplay condition and always show defects correctly – state if original packaging is included, charge cables, batterys, tanks etc ….... tanks won't be described in the listing but we need all details this is due to tpd regulations – a note will be applied “includes tank”” includes RDA” etc


  2. All items must be in full working order – including charge ports , 510 connectors and battery contacts


  3. Ensure the latest firmware has been installed if applicable


  4. You must provide all information via email for our record – no information goes any further – in accordance with GDPR regulations – our servers are fully encrypted for absolute peace of mind


  5. You agree to a 5% booking fee on products under £50 and 10% on listings over £100– which is non returnable and must be payed prior to listing- at which point you will receive a listing number which will be displayed with your product . If you sell elsewhere or want to remove your listing for other reasons then please inform us immediately . The website experiences high visitor volume so fast action is required . Sales are legally binding if in the instance the item sold on site then this must be honoured



Listing advice – always add in postage to your price – at secondvape we offer free postage on orders over £30 -chances are quite high that this will be the case with your item also so always factor in postage costs so as not to be losing out on our free postage limits 


Sale -


upon sale completion you will receive an email postage note to the end user (note – this email must be deleted once you receive payment from us and no record kept of the address – if any issues arise we will play intermediary on your behalf via email correspondance )



Ensure the items are packed safely and in accordance with your chosen postal service – “we do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit” . We advise either boxes with packing chips or an over sized jiffy bag that can be wrapped around the entire product – we then use plastic postal bags to ensure the items are air tight and finally ….. Use Fragile Stickers !!!! these can be asked for at the post office and are free of charge


POSTAGE– aim to post the item/s within 24 hours ….48 hours at a maximum and always send tracked and signed ….... send tracking ID to us immediately and we will apply it to the end users account within the hour (if within working hours). (Keep postal receipt until confirmation has been sent from the end user)


PAYMENT – Once the end user confirms reciept, payment will be made to you our customer within 12 hours


We offer a rankings system on all sellers . To maintain a perfect score you must adhere to the above terms and conditions – once payment is complete you MUST destroy all shipping info and emails containing the end users details in accordance with our privacy rules and regulations


We Will keep record of all sales – this is for company use only and none of your details will ever be passed on to third parties or used for our own marketing
